[Web]自訂php.ini

如果不是自己架設主機，又需要設定一些php.ini內的參數的話，可以透過.htaccess來設定。
例如想設定register_globals=off，那就在.htaccess裡加上

php_flag register_globals off

如果要去掉「許」、「功」、「蓋」等字後面自動加上的「\」的話，除了用stripslahes函數之外，
也可以在php.ini裡加上magic_quotes_gpc=off，或是在.htaccess裡加上

php_flag magic_quotes_gpc off
