Flickr 之外
Flickr 會紅不是沒有道理的，它有太好玩的工具、豐富的社群功能，跟一整個華麗的介面，使用起來一點都不含糊。無奈免費帳號的空間（每月可以上傳 20MB）實在小到靠盃，而自己對攝影也沒有多大的愛好，頂多是出去玩的時候拍拍風景、拍拍美女、拍拍閨房祕事也就算了，自己覺得是沒必要花那錢去買 Pro 的帳號來用。
自從買了 DH 的空間放這個部落格之後，是有想過也順便弄個相簿放著。之前試用了 Gallery2，安裝了不下四五次，一開始的時候都運作的很好，但是只要重開瀏覽器（FireFox）後再重新要登入，就會怎麼樣都進不去，偏偏那該死的 IE 就一點問題也沒有。最後還是火大了，管你功能多齊全，老子就是不用，哼！
後來陸陸續續的試用了一些比較小型的相簿軟體，發現不是介面很不直覺，不然就是不符合我想要的樣子。而且回頭想想，放自己的空間也不太對。一張照片假設 500K，傳輸給十個人次就是 5MB，扣掉 Cache 不算，一百個人次觀看，就是 50MB。一個相簿平均來說如果有50 張照片，那就是2.5GB！2.5GB 耶，再多放幾個相簿，再大的頻寬也不夠用。所以，現在是用 SimpleViewer 放一些部落格裡有用到的圖片而已，其他的照片打算放到其他的空間去，一方面也可以讓一些不想讓他知道這裡的人可以有地方去撒野。下面是一些我所看過的照片分享網站：
Zoto：知道 Zoto 很久了，2GB 的空間實在不錯，不過不能編輯標題實在是有夠奇怪。
Zooomr：前一陣子因為在送 Pro 帳號（現在還有）而崛起，一樣是 2GB 的空間，但是畫面醜到爆炸，中文化也東缺一塊西缺一角的，不如不要作。
23：每月可上傳1GB 30 張的照片，沒有總容量限制，畫面簡潔有力，而且總算有一個跟 Flickr 一樣有做 Slideshow（幻燈片）功能的，這對我很重要 @@
小結：雖然 Flickr 的容量小不拉嘰的，卻不得不承認目前還沒有看到做的比它更好的照片存放的網站。BubbleShare 也有著很多創新的功能，可以一試，但能夠隨意被貼到其它空間去的功能反而讓我覺得不放心。而 23雖然有著大空間的優勢，卻在操作時的介面仍然設計的綁手綁腳，不夠親和。結果這麼看下來，或許，還是自己 Host 比較實在？

我所想要的不是嵌在部落格裡的幻燈片，是相簿本身就有幻燈片展示的功能。會想要這個功能，就是不想在瀏覽相簿的時候還要手動的一直按「下一張」。這對使用者是個體貼的小功能，君不見小小的JavaScript，卻可以減少觀者的負擔。
